Discovery

Throughout the process of a Military Court Martial, one of the most important part is the discovery of evidence.
Here we will highlight some of the documents and evidence that we have collected.

Check back often as we just began this process and will be uploading regularly..

Report Siting 40% Sent to Court Martial Without Probable Cause The Defense Advisory Committee on Investigation, Prosecution, And Defense of Sexual Assault in the Armed Forces (Dac I-PAD) highlights an issue within the Military that 40% of Sexual Assault cases were sent to trial by Court Martial without sufficient probable cause!

Despite this highlight, the military has refused to go back and look at prior convictions under this report and other’s like it.

Admiral Letter Bragging About Convictions

When the Military is under pressure, they respond.
But what happens when they are under pressure internally and have to answer to members of Congress, the Senate, and the President?
They respond by getting results.

In this letter, an Admiral is responding to an inquiry about how the military is prosecuting sexual assault cases and he gives statistics on convictions within the military in which civilians had declined to pursue.

This is only ONE letter responding to the inquiry.
